Kai Landworth, MS, CHC, CHN, CPT, CCES


Bio:

Kai Landworth is a Holistic and Integrative Health Practitioner, Wellness Consultant, and managing director of KaiBodyMindWellness, based in Los Angeles, California. With a comprehensive background in wellness and healing, Kai is dedicated toward helping his clients live vibrant and healthy lives. His practice is “holistic” meaning that he works with the totality of a person, mind, body, and spirit. He takes a collaborative approach that helps to empower his clients with tools and lifestyle habits that can be used for long term sustainability. Kai specializes in exercise therapy, nutrition, and the mind-body connection. He is trained and certified in health coaching, nutrition, exercise therapy, functional movement training, corrective exercise, personal training, and yoga. Kai also teaches mind-body practices such as qi gong, tai chi, and meditation.

Through his holistic approach, clients can work on cultivating the body through rehabilitation, conditioning, and optimizing performance as well as transforming the mind and spirit.

His skills in biomechanics and rehabilitation are informed both through academic training as well as years working in physical therapy clinics, studying dance, yoga, and strength training.

The mind-body connection plays a central concept in the work that Kai offers. The mind-body connection is a framework of understanding the dynamic interplay between the mind and body and how this can affect our wellness.

During a session the mind-body connection can be explored through movement, breath, meditation, and awareness practices, as a path toward development and transformation. Kai teaches yoga, qigong, and tai chi, all of which are time-honored traditions to enhancing health, wellbeing, and consciousness.

The KaiBodyMindWellness methodology is based on a model of collaboration that helps empower clients toward optimizing their wellbeing.
